As a child of immigrants, I find it easy to relate to and communicate with my clients on a personal level. I’m privileged to frequently travel, and it’s common for me to have visited many of the places my clients come from on their way to the United States. I personally understand the factors that motivate people to work and live in other countries outside of their home land.
My parents made the inspired choice to come to the United States, and now I support others as an immigration lawyer.
Experienced in Immigration Law.
Dealing with federal immigration agencies can be a difficult experience, causing fear and uncertainty about your future. Polarizing politics and frequent changes to rules and regulations have complicated it even more, often delaying the resolution of cases. My commitment is to remain your patient and honest advocate, and to arm you with the knowledge you need to decide your path.
A graduate of University of California, Santa Cruz and Whittier Law School, I am also admitted into the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court of California. This allows me to represent clients in complicated cases in various courts in California.
